Job Description: The Senior Claims Consultant – Mass Tort & Environmental Claims is responsible for independently managing complex, legacy runoff claims arising from historical excess liability policies. This role focuses on asbestos, environmental, talc, PFAS, and other long latency mass tort exposures, requiring advanced coverage analysis, strategic claims handling, and case evaluation. This position operates within a highly specialized team and supports claims across multiple U.S. jurisdictions and Canada.
