Overview Position Summary: The Global Pricing Director for the Waters Analytical Sciences Division is responsible for leading the development and execution of pricing strategy across a $3B global business. This role partners closely with the Enterprise Pricing Leader to translate enterprise pricing strategy into division-specific actions that drive price realization, margin expansion, and profitable growth. The role serves as the primary owner of division pricing strategy, ensuring alignment with enterprise governance while enabling effective execution through regional pricing teams. This leader will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Finance, and Regional Pricing Managers to embed pricing as a core driver of business performance. This is a highly visible, strategic role requiring strong analytical capabilities, business acumen, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders in a global, matrixed organization.
