Job description

We are the world market leader for reusable packaging containers (RPCs) for fresh food and are constantly optimizing our products. We help make the food supply cycle for the population more sustainable. With our RPCs, safety for food transport is improved, there is less waste of food and at the same time the lifespan of the products increases. Through our products and the need for less packaging materials we reduce the carbon footprint. „The future is circular“ Key responsibilities: - Design and validate injection‑molded PP/HDPE products using structured engineering methods, CAD/CAE, tolerance analysis, and FEA. - Drive DFM/DFA and collaborate closely with mold engineers, toolmakers, and suppliers through tooling, trials (T0–T2), and PPAP. - Own engineering documentation, change control (ECOs), and compliance with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and ISO standards. - Support innovation, rapid prototyping, and future‑proof designs for digital, automation, and sustainability requirements. - Manage task‑level project execution: schedules, risks, budgets, and cross‑functional communication. - Clearly communicate technical decisions to senior stakeholders and present concepts and trade‑offs in executi...
