Position Summary The Senior ConceptOne (C1) Learning and Development Analyst is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training that elevates employee skills, performance, and organizational capability related to the C1 platform. This role supports all roles impacted by the C1 platform as a new platform; platform updates and enhances and routine platform releases. This role partners closely with business leaders, HR, and subject matter experts to identify learning needs, develop impactful role-based curriculum, and deliver effective engaging learning experiences to the identified audiences. The Analyst also measures training effectiveness and uses data-driven insights to continuously improve learning solutions and experiences.
