Mission Serve as trusted partner and AI advisor to executive leaders at Fortune 500 companies to champion value delivery from the Aily App. Leverage beauty and luxury CPG industry expertise to understand business challenges translate them into AI solutions to achieve measurable business value Coordinate Aily efforts across the account, ensuring alignment across all domains, and partner closely with the Account Executive to drive account renewal and expansion. YOUR MISSION: As a Beauty Industry Business Impact Lead (BIL), you are the senior industry authority responsible for long-term value realization and strategic account development across Fortune 500 clients within Beauty & Luxury CPG vertical. This role goes beyond a traditional Customer Success Manager profile, combining strategic account leadership, executive advisory, and industry authority. While Domain BILs drive deployment and operational leadership, the Industry BIL drives executive alignment, value delivery, strategic account planning, and readying accounts for expansion and renewal.
