Job description

Overview Develop, enhance, and support ServiceNow workflows and automations that integrate systems including Workday, One Identity, Entra, CMDB and asset management. This role designs and implements agentic/AI-enabled workflows in ServiceNow to automate triage, fulfillment, and user support experiences while maintaining control, auditability, and security. This is achieved by building reliable, secure, and auditable workflows using Flow Designer/IntegrationHub and scripted components where required.
