Now Hiring: Dietary Manager Love food? Love people? Lead both! We’re looking for a Dietary Manager who’s equal parts kitchen commander, budget boss, and resident favorite. If you can whip up a meal plan, keep a kitchen sparkling, and lead a team with heart, we want YOU! What You’ll Be Doing (aka Your Recipe for Success): - Oversee meal production for our long-term care residents - Make sure every plate is safe, tasty, and tailored to therapeutic diets - Keep food, labor, and supply costs in check - Coordinate orders like a pro—no one likes running out of coffee or ketchup - Keep the kitchen spotless and infection-free - Manage daily and deep-cleaning schedules like a boss - Hire, train, schedule, and support your foodservice crew - Be the mentor they didn’t know they needed - Collaborate with dietitians to meet resident preferences - Attend care conferences and resident council meetings - Meet new residents and make them feel right at home What You Bring to the Table: - Willingness to take (or already passed) the CDM/CFPP Exam - At least 2 years of experience in long-term care or hospital food production - Leadership skills, a love for food, and a heart for healthcare Perks & Benef...
