CASPA SERVICES LTD - POSITION VACANCY - Therapeutic Care Worker - Night Shift Work ABOUT THE ROLE: We are seeking Therapeutic Care Worker's experienced in delivering trauma-informed therapeutic care to (Youth) children, young people and/or families to join CASPA's Therapeutic Residential Care Team on a part time basis, supporting the exciting expansion of services throughout Coffs Harbour. Please be aware that this role is scheduled on a night shift basis requiring consistent availability across a fortnightly rotating roster inclusive of week nights and weekends. This position requires passion and skills in providing activities, routines, and residential supports that nurture the development of emotional regulation, problem solving skills, and social competencies to inspire positive growth in the lives of children, young people, and families associated with CASPA's leading services.
