As an Account Manager within the Prime Financial Services (PFS) Account Management team, you serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering expert guidance across the full PFS product suite: Cash Prime Brokerage, Synthetic Prime Brokerage, Fixed Income Prime Brokerage, Foreign Exchange Prime Brokerage, Exchange-Traded Derivatives Clearing and OTC Derivatives Clearing. Requires a commercial mindset and a solutions-oriented approach to achieve optimal outcomes for both clients and the firm. The Account Manager develops a deep understanding of each client’s business and industry landscape, proactively identifying challenges and leveraging specialist knowledge of the PFS platform to deliver tailored solutions. Close partnership with clients and internal stakeholders including Sales and Trading is essential to drive client satisfaction and support the strategic objectives of the PFS business.
