Description Summary: The Director of Infrastructure is responsible for the design, delivery, and reliability of the organization’s core IT infrastructure environment. This role oversees the underlying systems that enable all IT services, including network, cloud platforms, servers, storage, VPN, and telecommunications. This is a hands-on leadership role combining deep technical expertise with strategic oversight. The Director will serve as a key partner to the CIO, Director of Service Operations, and Information Security team, ensuring infrastructure is secure, scalable, and highly available across a distributed, hybrid environment supporting ~2,700 users across 100 locations. This role is central to the organization’s IT service delivery model, owning the architecture and performance of the systems that operate behind the scenes.
