Job Summary: The Vice President of Accounting will lead the accounting function for the company’s multi-family property portfolio, overseeing all financial and accounting operations. This role is responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations. This individual will serve as a key financial partner to operations and executive leadership, providing insights that drive performance and support strategic decision-making.
