In this dynamic role, you'll combine your scientific expertise with customer-facing skills to train researchers, troubleshoot complex technical challenges, and shape the future of our products through direct customer feedback. With extensive travel across diverse markets, you'll be instrumental in expanding the impact of innovative life science solutions worldwide. Key responsibilities: Train and support customers in operating the setup, developing their protocols, panels and implementing staining assays properly.
