The Department of Surgery at the University of South Florida, Morsani College of Medicine is seeking a Open Rank to Perform all aspects of Vascular surgery. Applicants that have completed Vascular surgery residency and demonstrated experience in surgical education, research, and patient care. Successfully complete program requirements of ACGME institutional and residency/fellowship. Direct supervision of residents. Responsible (with authority) for all aspects of the Vascular Program to include call panel privileges, treatment protocols and guidelines, service policies, education, community outreach, hospital executive interface, and performance improvement; promotes multidisciplinary approach to care. Responsible to a Chair or other appropriate higher-level administrator of a State University. Responsible for teaching, research, service, and related administrative activities. Responsible for academic advising and related activities. May represent the university, college/school, or department/unit on university and/or Statewide committees.
