Data Center Site Strategic Negotiator, Portfolio Manager

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 6 years of experience negotiating and structuring agreements or leading business development. Preferred qualifications: - Experience in land development and infrastructure for hyperscale data centers or mission-critical facilities. - Experience in industrial project site selection, real estate transactions, and development, including acquisitions and construction. - Experience in financial modeling, indirect taxes, and economic development policy. - Experience in agreement drafting and redlining with presentation skills. - Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, owning financial responsibility and tradeoffs necessary to meet company requirements. - Deep understanding of power transmission/distribution, telecommunications infrastructure, and data center technology.
