Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day Shift Description: RN HOSPICE Care at Home - Columbia and Greene Counties - Full time The Community Hospice has a wonderful opportunity for a full-time RN (Monday to Friday) to work as part of our Hospice Home Care Team caring for patients and families residing in both the Columbia and Greene County areas.
