Weekends & overtime as needed/required: The Preventative Maintenance Department Lead oversees the planning, scheduling, and execution of all preventative maintenance activities across production equipment and facility systems. This role manages PM technicians, maintains the CMMS system, develops and refines PM procedures, tracks key maintenance metrics, and works closely with safety, production and maintenance leadership to maximize equipment reliability and reduce unplanned downtime. Summary of Job Duties: Plan, schedule, and assign preventative maintenance work orders to PM technicians. Supervise, train, and develop PM technicians to ensure quality and consistency of work. Administer and maintain the CMMS system, including asset records, PM schedules, parts inventory, and work order workflows. Develop, refine, and document PM procedures and checklists based on OEM recommendations, equipment history, and failure analysis.
