Director of Revenue Cycle - Hybrid Opportunity This role is hybrid, with on-site work required at our corporate office in Brentwood, TN, Monday through Wednesday. Please confirm you are able to meet this requirement. Position Summary: The Director Revenue Cycle is a key change agent position with significant corporate level visibility. This position requires a leader that can facilitate and drive change in a fast paced and “ever changing” environment leveraging their strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Key to success in this position is the ability to work within the organization at all levels creating value and buy-in as the lead change facilitator driving the performance of their designated hospitals. Key Responsibilities: Essential Functions: - Drive Revenue Cycle Management Performance for Designated Set of Hospitals/ ASC’s or Clinics - Assist with Developing strategic roadmap focused on efficiency and quality for assigned projects. - Serve as change agent by communicating and institutionalizing continuous improvement initiatives within process and operations teams - Assist with facilitating Key Revenue Cycle Meetings & Denials Mgmt.
