In this two-year traineeship, you will gain hands-on experience, contribute to high-impact recruitment initiatives, and grow into a trusted Talent professional. First assignment: Early Career Talent recruitment and Talent Marketing Early Career Talent: Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job requisition management, candidate sourcing, screening, university event organization and interview coordination. Early Career Talent: Partner with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to ensure a seamless and high-quality candidate experience.
