This role collaborates closely with internal teams, clients, specifying engineers, and vendors to develop accurate, competitive, and strategic cost estimates. The Senior Estimator plays a key role in driving business development efforts, ensuring consistency in estimating practices, and supporting organizational growth. This position reports to leadership within the estimating department. Duties/Responsibilities: Lead and manage estimates from inception to completion, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and competitiveness Analyze requests for proposals (RFPs), drawings, specifications, addenda, and related documentation to define scope and develop detailed cost estimates Perform advanced quantity takeoffs and cost analyses for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor work Collaborate with estimators, project managers,...
