Job Title: Senior Manager Agile Digital Delivery & PMO Reports to (Title): Director, Customer Service Projects Work type: Office: Location: Pittsfield, MA, Augusta ME, Portland, ME, Orange CT, Rochester NY, Kirkwood NY The base salary range for this position is dependent upon experience and location, ranging from $134,720- $193,600 Job Summary: The Senior Manager Agile Digital Delivery & PMO, reporting to the Director, Customer Service Projects , is responsible for planning, organizing, and leading agile project teams to deliver high-performance and high-quality agile projects. This role involves coordinating a team responsible for managing multiple concurrent projects using agile methods across various business areas. Additionally, the Senior Manager Agile Digital Delivery & PMO collaborates closely with Global and Local Digital planning functions, Solution Engineering, Architecture & Solution, Data & Analytics, and Business Testing and Change Management teams to effectively orchestrate our delivery at both portfolio and squad’s level.
