POSITION SUMMARY: This position provides benefits and other HR related support for employees and field HR as part of the HR Service Center. Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities · Responds to calls and emails to the HR Service Center 800 number and email box. · Monitors leave of absence administration through third party vendor and performs associated HR Oracle employee updates for status and/or payroll related items including benefit catchup calculations. · Works on the weekly funding for the Retirement, Investment and HSA Plans. · Routes job requisitions for approval and then creates job postings. · Enters hourly wage increases for field locations. · Responds to Qualified Medical Support Orders and updates benefit elections as appropriate. · Works on the Age 26 report to drop dependents turning 26 no longer eligible for benefits and updates benefit elections as appropriate. · Works on service award reports and handles special award requests as needed as part of the USG Recognition Program. · Creates and maintains employment files. · Provides backup support to other HR Service Center employees. · Participates in special projects with minimal guidance and performs other duties...
