Responsibilities & other details are listed below: RESPONSIBILITIES: - Validate vendor charges, reconcile accounts, and process payments using customer’s financial systems such as TIMS, TOPS, VITAP, and Pegasys. - Research payment statuses, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate data in customer’s business systems. - Electronically process and transmit invoices to the Office of Finance. - Manage electronic mailboxes to ensure timely resolution of tickets and inquiries. - Reconcile vendor accounts with customer’s contr...
