Senior Interaction Designer, AI Personalized Experiences

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 6 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design. - Experience with foundational AI concepts (e.g., Generative AI, LLMs) and leveraging AI tools to enhance the design process. - Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions). Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree in design, human-computer interaction, computer science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - Experience prototyping AI features, or working with UX writing or prompt engineering. - Experience designing consumer-facing experiences partnering with designers, user researchers, product managers, and engineers. - Knowledge of user-centered design methodologies and usability, with attention to detail. - Excellent storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to translate ideas in compelling visual narratives.
