Job Description: HVDC is seeking a Management system leader with a transformation mindset to elevate our Integrated Management System to the next level and collaborate with us in an international environment that offers numerous opportunities. In this role, you will be part of the quality team dedicated to implementing a culture and practice of excellence throughout the entire value chain of the organization, aiming to increase customer satisfaction and improve profitability in a sustainable manner. As our Management system leader, you will be responsible for the HVDC Integrated Management System (IMS), managing and improving the quality system processes and tools. Hold and present a clear overview of recent applied tools and approaches for business process management across different functions in the HVDC organization globally. You will provide training and recommendations for improvement, monitor and define KPIs, and communicate globally across HVDC.
