As a Design Validation Product Engineer supporting High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) technology, you will contribute to developing next‑generation HBM products through involvement from early design through production. You will collaborate across Design, Manufacturing, Test, Quality, and customer interfaces while validating HBM designs, performing silicon bring‑up, debugging complex systems, and driving product readiness for high‑performance markets such as AI and ML. Responsibilities: Interpret JEDEC HBM specifications and develop internal architectural and design documentation. Understand and evaluate HBM schematics, layouts, and microarchitecture.
