We are currently seeking a Field Service Specialist to support customers throughout western Canada. What You’ll Do: As a Metrohm Field Service Specialist, you will be the face of our Service team—providing expert technical support and on‑site service to ensure our customers’ instruments perform at their best. - Perform installations, repairs, calibrations, certifications, preventive maintenance, and refresher training for benchtop analytical systems - Support customers both onsite and remotely (phone, email, Teams) - Manage a dynamic service schedule across the assigned territory - Build strong customer relationships through professional service and clear communication - Collaborate with Sales, Customer Support, and Product teams to deliver a seamless customer experience Territory: This role supports British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Manitoba an...
