Status Full-Time Standard Hours per Week: 40 Job Posting Category: Allied Health and Technical: Job Posting Description: The Senior MRI Technologist performs complex MRI procedures, ensures patient safety, mentors staff, and assists with operational duties while maintaining high-quality imaging standards and departmental compliance. They also participate in training, equipment management, and leadership tasks, requiring certification, experience, and strong technical and interpersonal skills. New hires may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $15,000.00 Key Responsibilities: Minimum Qualifications Education: Experience : License/Certification: - Perform complex MRI procedures on both scheduled and emergency patients, ensuring patient safety and adherence to quality control and data integrity standards. - Train and mentor staff, fellows, residents, and students in MRI techniques and procedures to maintain high professional standards. - Manage equipment and operations, including identifying malfunctions, assisting with inventory, quality assurance projects, and supporting daily departmental workflows. - Provide leadership support by filling in for supervisors when needed, oversee...
