Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript). - 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role. - Experience with object-oriented development, with a focus on either embedded systems or Android platform engineering. Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. - 3 years of experience working in an organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects. - 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction. - Experience with software development in the automotive industry. - Experience with leading and shipping on-device Machine Learning (ML) related products or solutions. - Ability to collaborate, deliver results and hire engineers.
