Aspen Fiber Networks, a leading information technology solutions provider, is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Business Development Supervisor. In this role, you will lead a team of Residentials Sales Representatives and oversee the development and implementation of strategies to drive business growth. As a Residential Sales Leader, you will be responsible for setting sales targets, tracking performance, and providing coaching and support to your team. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and develop strong relationships with key clients to drive revenue and achieve company objectives.
