Job Description: The NextGen Helpdesk Specialist serves as the first point of contact for technical support related to NextGen and other clinical technology tools. This role resolves user access, workflow, hardware, and application issues; supports onboarding and system changes; and helps maintain reliable, secure, and user-centered technology services that enable high-quality, culturally responsive care across Valle del Sol. Job Qualifications: Education Required: Preferred: - High school diploma or equivalent - Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in information technology, health information technology, computer systems, or a related field.
