Reporting To: Manager, Residential Underwriting Full-Time/Part- Time: Full-time Hours of Work: 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Posting Date: May 1, 2026 Closing Date: May 15, 2026 Salary Range: $42,471 - $57,780 Grade: 6.7 Office Location: Montreal, QC Great location! How you will contribute: - Check with law society for entitlement of solicitor. - Check information to ensure accuracy, i.e., correct lender, CMHC/GE approval. - Contact solicitor to confirm that he/she is acting on mortgagor’s behalf. - Prepare and send applicable instructional package to solicitor along with relevant documents. - Follow up with solicitor to obtain advance request. - Organize mortgage files in correct order. - Check the request for funds from the solicitor. - Send the mortga...
