Job Description An exciting opportunity has opened for a Pattern Maker to join our Regional Relevance team at H&M. Our Regional Relevance team ensures our collections truly reflect the needs, fit, and preferences of customers in key markets around the world. Now we’re looking for an experienced Pattern Maker to strengthen our focus on the US market, bringing both technical excellence and regional fit expertise. This is a full-time permanent role based at our HQ in Stockholm. WHAT YOU’LL DO ​: As a Pattern Maker in the Regional Relevance team, you play a crucial role in translating design intent into commercially successful garments that meet the expectations of the US customer. You will work closely with designers, product developers, and key stakeholders to ensure optimal fit, size accuracy, and quality throughout the product development process — from the first sketch to production readiness.
