Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of experience in program management. Preferred qualifications: - 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. - Experience managing product quality and Large Language Model (LLM) evaluations. - Experience in managing without authority including delegating to more junior team members down and across the organization. - Experience running a program of programs model governance and track record of delivering large-scale programs with hundreds of contributors. - Ability to drive technical discussions or resolve technical issues with engineering leads. - Excellent software engineering program management skills (i.e. program and portfolio management, etc.).
