As a Product Owner at Miele, you will play a key role in turning business opportunities into impactful digital solutions. Together with our Portfolio Development Manager, you’ll co-lead the roadmap for our eCommerce platform, shaping a world-class experience that truly delights our users and drives growth. You will own the customer journey end-to-end, from Acquisition (Homepage, Landing Pages, Content) to Engagement (Search, Lists, Product Detail Pages) and Retention (Cart, Checkout, Account, Services). Your work will be guided by a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and business goals, ensuring that every touchpoint is thoughtful, innovative, and effective.
