Job description

The Learning Services Programs Administrator is responsible for the operational administration, coordination, and scaling of the firm’s learning programs, including those delivered through the Learning Management System and Centers of Excellence. This role manages end-to-end program workflows such as intake, enrollment, cohort coordination, communications, tracking, and reporting. The role also provides a high standard of learner support, contributing to a smooth and well-coordinated learning experience. Provide day to day administration of the Learning Management System, including learner support, enrollment assistance, course access, and troubleshooting Manage learner enrollment, cohort assignment, scheduling, and progression for LMS based programs and other structured learning initiatives Collaborate with departments to understand learning needs and supports their effective use of the LMS to deliver and manage training programs.
