Job Overview: TE's Aerospace Defense & Marine Division is currently seeking a highly motivated Senior Manufacturing Engineer – RFO to deliver the manufacturing development and implementation of next generation manufacturing technologies and processes for on site operations: Your new role: - · Drive manufacturing engineering development by improving production efficiency and coordinating external supply partners as needed. - · Design and deliver manufacturing improvement programmes across assembly areas, setting clear processes, standards, and quality controls. - · Provide technical guidance and training to manufacturing teams on process deployment, tooling design, technology implementation, and testing or fixture setup. - · Ensure production readiness by defining routings, costings, and equipment requirements, and supporting programming and technical training where required. - · Establish and embed best practice manufacturing methods to ensure high quality, repeatable, and cost effective processes for existing production, produc...
