Job Description Summary Lead Lean Engineer primary responsibility will be to spearhead and facilitate lean initiatives aimed at optimizing processes, minimizing waste, and enhancing operational efficiency at Gebze plant. The position will leverage lean methodologies to drive continuous improvement across the facility. In this role, you will coach and lead problem-solving activities and continuous improvement workshops, targeting enhancements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost. You will collaborate closely with various departments within the value stream to achieve these objectives.
