Description Full-time, Non-union position: $20.50 per hour/ 40 hours per week BASIC FUNCTION: The Residential Services Coordinator is responsible for coordinating supportive services and promoting housing stability for residents of a HUD Section 811 Project Rental Assistance Contract (PRAC) property serving individuals with disabilities. The coordinator serves as the primary liaison between residents, service providers, and property management while helping ensure the property operates in a safe, supportive, and community-oriented environment. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Build supportive relationships with residents to promote housing stability, independence, and community integration. - Conduct resident needs assessments and assist residents in identifying appropriate supportive services. - Coordinate access to services including healthcare, behavioral health, personal care services, transportation, and public benefits. - Assist residents in navigating and connecting with community resources, including state and local benefit programs. - Encourage resident participation in services that promote independence, wellness, and self-sufficiency. - Organize and facilitate educational, health, an...
