POSITION SUMMARY: Injection Mold Machine Operator is responsible for setting up , operating, and monitoring injection molding machines to ensure efficient and safe production. Duties include inspecting parts to specifications, making adjustments or tool changes as needed, and resolving minor component or quality issues to maintain consistent product standards. CORE FUNCTIONS: · Operates machines to ensure continuous production at a constant rate of the correct product at high quality levels with minimal wasted time and materials throughout the entire shift and performing basic adjustments to ensure safe and efficient production of products. · Perform in-process inspections of parts throughout the manufacturing run and ensure they meet visual standards of acceptance. · Responsible for producing parts in the proper quantity as identified by the production schedule. · Perform necessary pre-operation activities to ensure proper equipment startup. · Adjust machine settings to complete tasks accurately, according to specifications and in a timely fashion. · Perform operational procedures to ensure the quality of the product packaged. · Follow and commit to meet Key Performance Indicators...
