JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our accounting function. This role sits between hands-on execution and strategic oversight — you will both roll up your sleeves on core accounting tasks and take ownership of the close process, internal controls, and team coordination. The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in general accounting, experience in digital media or a fast-paced environment, and is ready to grow into a Controller-level role. A CPA license (active or in progress) is strongly preferred.
