Job Summary: The Bread Collections Associate, will assist customers who are behind on payments, helping them to become current. Contact customers professionally and respectfully to discuss payment options and create manageable repayment plans. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential to working with customers to find solutions that benefit everyone. Additionally, you'll play a vital role in maintaining accurate records and adhering to all relevant regulations.
