What You’ll Do: - Lead Performance Strategy: Build and execute paid social strategies that drive new customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across Corsair’s portfolio of brands - Tailor campaigns for global markets with thoughtful localization and audience segmentation - Manage Campaigns from Start to Finish: Launch, monitor, and optimize full-funnel campaigns including awareness, engagement, and conversion across multiple social channels - Own campaign KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, LTV, and scale targets - Drive Creative Testing and Collaboration: Work with our creative team to brief, test, and refine high-performing ad creatives - Use structured testing and insights to inform creative strategy and innovation - Optimize Targeting: Leverage first- and third-party data, custom audiences, lookalikes, and platform-native tools to segment and reach the right audience at the right time - Analyze and Report with Precision: Dive deep into performance data to extract insights and identify optimization opportunities - Produce weekly and monthly reporting decks that tell a story and drive action - Stay Ahead of the Curve: Test emerging ad formats, platform betas, and new acquisition c...
