Job Summary: Under the direction of the Corporate Director of Cancer Center, the Oncology Nurse Navigator (ONN) is responsible for facilitating the patient experience for patients as well as family members from cancer diagnosis to survivorship. The ONN is a patient advocate, care coordinator, educator, and offers psychosocial support and connection to community resources. The ONN functions on the multidisciplinary team and builds relationships with the care team to ensure patients receive timely access to quality care and comprehensive services.
