Job Description Summary Enables the business to better understand, evaluate and manage its strategic, operational, credit, market and liquidity risks across the enterprise. Enterprise and operational risk positions establish and monitor the risk appetite, assess control over critical processes, analyze internal and external risk events and optimize operational risk capital. Interprets internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services. Utilizes understanding of industry trends to inform decision making process. Job Description: Roles and Responsibilities: - Responsible for supporting the Enterprise and Operational Risk Management program through the implementation and the ongoing management of processes within the BU or HQ. - Typically a 2nd line manager with senior professional direct reports.
