Description Must manage all aspects of the plant in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company guidelines and policies under the direction of the Plant Manager and the Northwest Regional Manager. Directly manages and supervises the activities of maintenance personnel; schedules work assignments and maintain maintenance inventory and service records. This position should also put forward ideas to help build on the existing maintenance program and make it better.
