Associate Industrial Engineer Company: Boeing Poland sp. z o.o. EFS Boeing Engineering Poland is currently looking for Associate Industrial Engineer to join our Production Engineering Team located in Rzeszow, Poland. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for processing, analyzing and delivering process related data to support smooth operational rhythm of Boeing manufacturing facilities. In this role you will assist Engineering departments based on site. Perfect candidate must understand the processes behind the production system. This individual must be well organized, adaptable and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Primary Responsibilities: Applies basic industrial engineering concepts, approaches and techniques to product, process and services to meet program requirements Supports the development of plant and equipment layouts, capacity plans, accident prevention measures, sequencing of operations and work flows Assists with designing, maintaining, and optimizing the production system by integrating design, supply base, facilities, equipment, and personnel Conducts process work flow design and analysis Develops models, databases and spreadshe...
