#LI-Hybrid Overview: Develops and delivers training programs on a variety of topics, including but not limited to product knowledge, software applications, and sales, to optimize sales agent performance. Core Responsibilities: - Collaborates with subject matter experts on developing training materials, including manuals, PowerPoint presentations, job aids, checklists, and other educational materials. - Coordinates scheduling and preparation of training sessions. - Organizes and conducts webinars and online office hours to address inquiries from sales agents. - Delivers training programs in person and remotely using a variety of instructional methods, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, and lectures. - Evaluates customer service surveys and similar feedback to address sales agent training needs. - Collaborates with subject-matter experts to develop, improve, and document the work procedures that are used in conjunction with training programs.
