This Associate will have the opportunity to work with clients, large and small, from a variety of industries across the country, in both litigation and counseling capacities. Job Requirements: Candidates must have 2 or more years of experience in an employment-specific, defense-side role with a regional or national firm, with a focus on litigation involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblower, and other employment claims. Ideal candidates will also have experience advising employers on compliance issues, such as terminations, leaves of absence, performance management, and wage and hour issues, as well as experience drafting personnel policies and employment-related agreements.
