Nashua Community College is seeking qualified individuals who are interested in adjunct teaching at the College on a course-by-course basis; strong academic background is required. Adjunct appointments are temporary, for a specified contract period, and may require in classroom or online instruction as indicated. We have a need for instructors for the following course(s) in our Precision Manufacturing Department for the Spring 2026 semester : MTTN118 -Machining Technology This course is designed to teach the student the basic operation of the engine lathe and the manual vertical milling machine and the processes associated with them. The course will include the study of lab safety, measuring tools, as well as the fundamentals of reading and interpreting a blueprint to produce a close tolerance part. This course runs Monday (lecture) 1pm-2:50pm and Fri (lab) 1pm-3:50pm. MTTN122N -Machine Tool Processes and Theory II This course is a continuation of MTTN111N with an emphasis on advanced lathe and mill operations on more complex parts and assemblies.
