Planning & Mobilization: - Plan daily and long - term workover activities for multiple fast - moving rigs. - Coordinate rig mobilization/demobilization and ensure proper site preparation, including access roads and location setup. - Review and implement well intervention programs in collaboration with well engineering teams. Operations Supervision: - Monitor and coordinate all rig site operations including: - Pulling and running tubing - Fishing, milling, and wellbore cleanout - Zone isolation, stimulation, and recompletions - Wellhead repairs and installation - Ensure daily operations align with safety, technical, and cost targets. - Implement best practices for rig skidding/moving to maximize efficiency.
